We are not a giant company striving to build several hundred decks each year, nor do we operate with strenuous levels of overhead.  We keep our company manageable with the ability to provide the highest level of customer service to each of our clients. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality, usable space within your working budget.

We construct our decks with the industries top rated materials.  Our craftsmen are well trained and pay close attention to every detail. We try to avoid “production” work except to keep our crews working through the winter months.

You will have access to Jim Gates through all phases of the process.  From designing to building, Jim will be available to discuss your project.  He keeps a working file of all projects within reach.  All of Three Rivers crew leaders have the knowledge and ability to handle “on the fly” changes.  We will always provide you with phone numbers to the office, your salesman, your crew leader and of course Jim Gates – (you’ll even have his home number for urgent matters).

Not only do we respect your time and property, we value your input.  A deck is an extension of your living space. Your input is held in high regard in the process of design and construction.  At Three Rivers we are not locked into any particular design style as we feel each deck is a unique extension of its owner’s needs and personality.  It is our job to help you get the best product for your money.
